Returns and Payments
We accept all major credit cards as payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will be processed immediately. You will receive an email once your order is processed.
Shipping
ULU orders that are in stock will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Allow for longer lead times during the holidays. If an item is out of stock you will receive email notification. Your credit card will then be refunded which can take anywhere from 5-8 business days. To check if an item is in stock and will ship quickly, please contact us by email at info@ULUBOOT.com or by calling (503) 620-2089. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with order details and tracking information.
ULU offers free shipping on orders over $100 to all states within the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. We credit AK and HI shipping up to $20 on a $100 purchase, and will let customer know shipping charges prior to capturing payment.
All items will ship via UPS Ground which delivers in approximately 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Note: UPS Ground can take longer during the busy holiday season. UPS will not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address so that your package can arrive safely.
Returns & Exchanges
All final Sale items may not be returned. They may be exchanged with a $10 reshipping fee. For full price items If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept all returns of unworn & undamaged merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund (minus $20 restock & shipping fee) or free exchange on full priced styles and a $10 shipping fee on discounted styles. Shoes must be in new, resalable condition with the original box and packaging. The original shoe box must be placed inside an exterior shipping box and be free of tape or labels. Dirty and or worn shoes will not receive a credit and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Our return policy extends to any defective items within 100 days of receipt of your order. Returns will be credited back in the manner of the original form of payment.
